We are now looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join us and add their knowledge and innovative ideas to the region's leading real estate event.

You will have the opportunity to speak to expert speakers from all over the world, and sell the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event.

What you will do

Conference Production

• Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programs
• Manage competitionsand create interactive experiences for attendees
• Develop and implementdebate formats and other engaging content styles
• Liaise with key professionals/institutions, and companies
• Collaborate with the marketing andsponsorship teams and attend sales meetings as appropriate
• Conduct post-show analysisof the event, including job title analysis

Market Research and Industry Networks

• Effectively research topicswith relevant industry professionals and target markets
• Develop new conference ideasand program content through meetings and tele-research
• Identify key opinion leaders, institutions, and companies related to the event
• Build and maintain relationshipsto develop conferences with relevant topics and speakers
• Engage with recommended speakersand confirm their attendance
• Ensure the speaker databaseis updated with current and accurate information
• Liaise and network with speakers, exhibitors and delegateson-site
• Assist with onsite dutiesas required for the duration of the event

• SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices

Local Relocation Package*:

• Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)
• 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
• SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
