Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Concierge Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance to our guests. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

  1. Act as an ambassador for our hotel, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and current events in Jeddah and the surrounding areas.
  2. Manage and fulfill a variety of guest requests, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and special occasion planning.
  3. Maintain and leverage a network of service providers to efficiently coordinate guest requirements.
  4. Ensure the availability and organization of informational materials such as brochures, city maps, and promotional items.
  5. Develop and maintain guest preference records and history to enhance personalized service.
  6. Handle luggage, messages, parcels, and other items with efficiency and care.
  7. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and positively, always striving to exceed expectations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  9. Stay updated on hotel promotions, local events, and cultural activities in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to departmental standard operating procedures.
  11. Demonstrate absolute integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions with guests and team members.
Qualifications
  1. Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
  3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  4. Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service industry, preferably in hospitality
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  8. Knowledge of Opera or Opera Cloud Property Management System is an asset
  9. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture, customs, and local attractions in Jeddah
  10. Ability to maintain professional networks and relationships with service providers
  11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  12. Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including handling unexpected situations
  13. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
  14. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
  15. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and cultural events in Jeddah and surrounding areas
