Tayseer Finance specializes in providing innovative finance solutions for both individuals and businesses across Saudi Arabia, offering services like car financing, asset financing, and various installment plans through a widespread network of strategically located showrooms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in implementing compliance strategies and frameworks.
- Supervise compliance staff and provide direction in their tasks.
- Support compliance awareness and training programs, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing.
- Review documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure alignment with policies and regulations.
- Escalate non-compliance cases or material deviations to the Compliance Manager.
- Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to management.
- Follow up on corrective action plans to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee compliance testing and inspection activities across departments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Review and track corrective action plans.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support updates to internal policies accordingly.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen compliance systems and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk, and Legal departments to ensure integration of compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in compliance or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML, CTF).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional certifications such as CCO, CAMS, CCEP.
- Advanced knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
