Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager in implementing compliance strategies and frameworks.
  • Supervise compliance staff and provide direction in their tasks.
  • Support compliance awareness and training programs, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing.
  • Review documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Escalate non-compliance cases or material deviations to the Compliance Manager.
  • Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to management.
  • Follow up on corrective action plans to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Oversee compliance testing and inspection activities across departments, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Review and track corrective action plans.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support updates to internal policies accordingly.
  • Provide recommendations to strengthen compliance systems and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk, and Legal departments to ensure integration of compliance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML, CTF).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional certifications such as CCO, CAMS, CCEP.
  • Advanced knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
