The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a Compliance Senior Specialist position who will be working in Jubail with the following key responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of internal compliance protocols, standards, and controls.
  • Conduct routine assessments to identify compliance risks and potential regulatory exposure.
  • Monitor company operations to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, including anti-corruption, environmental, labor, and data protection laws.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions to educate employees on compliance expectations and ethical practices.
  • Lead investigations into suspected compliance violations and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
  • Manage ongoing tracking and resolution of compliance-related issues across the organization.
  • Compile and present compliance reports to leadership and oversight committees.
  • Monitor regulatory updates within Saudi Arabia that may affect business operations and ensure timely policy updates.
  • Support the compliance review and due diligence of third-party partners and vendors.
  • Actively encourage a workplace culture rooted in ethics, transparency, and regulatory responsibility.

The Candidate

The client seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Possess relevant GRC-related professional certifications.
  • Have a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Preference will be given to Saudi applicants.
  • Willing to relocate to Jubail city.
