Job description

As we continue to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to be based in Riyadh. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations align with legal and business compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices. The successful candidate will support the implementation and enhancement of our compliance programs, mitigating risk and fostering a strong culture of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  2. Manage the gifts and entertainment portal, supplier/business partner register, and risk registers.
  3. Conduct risk assessments, audits, compliance testing, and monitoring activities.
  4. Lead compliance training, communication programs, and compliance briefings.
  5. Ensure adherence to Middle East regulations, corporate governance, anti-bribery, and data protection laws.
  6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with government agencies, legal advisors, and business partners to maintain compliance.

About You:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in compliance, legal advisory, or regulatory affairs.
  3. Strong knowledge of Middle East regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
  4. Experience in compliance program management, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
