About the Job:

We are seeking a Compliance and Support Specialist to assist in executing compliance initiatives focused on regulatory adherence, third-party due diligence, and training. This role involves supporting critical compliance-related matters, analyzing data to identify risks and trends, and providing guidance to ensure effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage regulatory activities and communications related to compliance.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of regulatory project plans.
  3. Monitor and assess applicable regulatory requirements.
  4. Create and maintain comprehensive regulatory files in compliance with requirements.
  5. Provide timely regulatory advice to teams and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
  6. Identify potential compliance risks and assist in developing effective mitigation strategies.
  7. Develop and implement effective compliance programs and training for employees.
  8. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting compliance obligations.
  9. Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance on compliance matters.

Qualifications:
