Job description

We are looking for a digital-savvy Community Manager to take control of the online voice for our Entertainment partner in Saudi and build brand love. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, developing an intimate relationship with the online community.

To be successful in this role, you will help craft our local tone, start conversations, and create real-time content that speaks to Saudis, humanizing our partner's brand.

As a core member of our social team, you are someone who is glued to Twitter & TikTok timelines and loves creating content that engages, entertains, and inspires.

The ideal candidate is highly creative and self-motivated, has excellent copywriting skills, and collaborates well with others.

What you will do
  1. Own the voice of our Saudi Entertainment brand, replying on Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
  2. Respond to the community in a relevant tone of voice.
  3. Stay up to date on social trends and Saudi news stories and identify local opportunities for our client’s e-commerce brand to participate in conversations.
  4. Use social listening tools and native platforms to analyze and find conversation opportunities for our client’s e-commerce brand on social media.
  5. Propose new topics daily for real-time content and collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm them.
  6. Find engaging ways to interact with our community, including creating UGC content.
  7. Work closely with the social manager to create content for Twitter and Instagram.
What you bring
  1. You are active across social platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram.
  2. Copywriting experience, ideally with Twitter.
  3. You can speak in multiple Saudi dialects and understand the nuances of local culture, such as differences between tastes in Jeddah vs. Riyadh, and articulate these nuances through community management.
  4. Exceptional candidates will have experience creating content on TikTok.
