About the Role:

As a Community Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and attention they deserve. You'll use your hospitality or office management experience to create a welcoming, high-end experience, manage key relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Excellence: Draw from your 5-star hospitality background to provide outstanding customer service both in person, via email, and over the phone. Act as a trusted liaison between clients and The Place, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Building: Use your guest relations expertise to guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the start. Build long-lasting, positive relationships to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Leverage your office management experience to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of our facilities. From conducting inspections to ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, you'll create a workspace that reflects excellence.
  • Sales & Upselling: Support our sales team in client tours and opportunities to upsell services or products, bringing your customer-focused mindset to maximize satisfaction and ensure clients are aware of all the services available to them.
  • Event Coordination: Utilize your experience in event planning to organize in-house community events that engage clients and build strong internal connections. Whether it's a corporate meeting or a community gathering, you'll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
