The candidate will be working at Standard Chartered Bank - Branch - Riyadh KSA

As a Guest Relations Host (GRH), the candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and staff members of SCB, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting daily operations to maintain high guest satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will ensure lobby/reception records are maintained.
