Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Messaging & Brand Positioning:
- Contribute to the producing and implementation of the company’s brand and marcomms strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Ensure all internal and external messaging aligns with DwE brand tone, values, and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of communication processes, ensuring they evolve with business needs and industry best practices.
- Support the adoption of new digital communication tools and innovations that enhance internal and external communication.
- Present communication roadmaps and calendars, continuously working on enhancing and updating them.
Media & Public Relations:
- Manage media relations and campaigns within cross-departmental coordination, acting as a key liaison with PR and news platforms for coverage, interviews, and media appearances.
- Create and maintain databases for media contacts, rate cards, award trackers, and executive engagements.
- Monitor media coverage and compile daily, weekly, or ad-hoc reports.
- Lead the planning and coordination of executive profiling activities, including securing speaking opportunities, award nominations, and industry presence.
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities, within cross-functional teams.
- Lead submission and coordination of corporate and industry awards.
- Execute and oversee the coordination and development of the Annual Report, working cross-functionally to gather, structure, and verify content and design direction.
Internal Communications:
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders on internal communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, attraction and alignment.
- Oversee and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, including newsletters, company announcements, leadership messages, and employee spotlights.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, including town halls, leadership forums, and employee engagement activities.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement:
- Assist with outreach efforts to key stakeholders including investors, government agencies, partners, and community groups.
- Support the planning and communication of public meetings, project launches, and corporate events.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in real estate
