Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a talented Communication and Media Specialist who will play a vital role in shaping media strategies and delivering high-impact campaigns for both government and entertainment clients. The ideal candidate is a bilingual media professional with a proactive approach, strong digital acumen, and hands-on experience across social platforms, PR, and content production.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement integrated media and marketing strategies tailored to both government and entertainment sectors.
  • Support the execution of internal and external communication plans across channels.
  • Manage content creation and scheduling for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Plan and supervise digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data and optimizing for reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and public figures, maintaining consistent and strategic engagement.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other written communication pieces.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets and journalists.
  • Lead the setup and operations of media centers during conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-event reports that include performance metrics, media coverage, and insights.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in media relations, digital communication, or public relations.
  • Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English writing and editing.
  • Working knowledge of design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Spark.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
