This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef located in Mecca. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high culinary standards. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, following hygiene standards, assisting in cooking dishes, and supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. The role requires adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen.

• Possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene standards
• Solid Culinary Skills and techniques
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A culinary degree or equivalent certification is beneficial
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is a plus
