Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned kitchen area.
  • Ensure food is prepared in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Continuously learn and develop your culinary skills through on-the-job training.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen (internship or training experience also considered).
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
  • Passion for cooking and a strong desire to grow in the culinary field.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Culinary diploma or certification is an advantage.
