Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW:


  • The Commercial Sales Consultant will report directly to the Regional
    Commercial Sales Manager.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:


  • Manage all aspects of client relationships, including acquiring new
    clients and supporting existing ones.

  • Promote, market, and sell the full product portfolio within the assigned
    strategic sales territory.

  • Conduct daily field visits to the local market to strengthen presence
    and gather insights.

  • Collect, analyze, and report sales data to monitor performance against
    set targets and KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely quotations
    and consistent follow-ups to close deals.

  • Prospect and identify tender opportunities and manage the sales cycle
    accordingly.

  • Collect and report market intelligence on new, ongoing, and upcoming
    projects.

  • Coordinate and execute appropriate follow-up actions on generated leads.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek
    opportunities to acquire new customers.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:


  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a
