Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented!

1. Financial planning, controlling, and reporting of projects and contract KPIs.
2. Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractors.
3. Driving & monitoring project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans, etc.).
4. Analyzing ongoing project calculations and plan vs. actual deviations.
5. Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costs.
6. Evaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations, and reporting.
7. Monitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and correction of discrepancies.
8. Processing of purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP.
9. Bills verification against agreed terms & conditions.
10. Maintaining progress & payment records of subcontractors.
11. Follow-up of accounts receivable.
12. Ensuring compliance with policies & procedures for subcontractors' payments.
13. Coordination with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, etc.
14. Planning & monitoring of procurements and equipment shipping schedules.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

1. Minimum graduation in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience; past Siemens experience is a plus.
3. Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, and accounting standards.
4. Experience in SAP is mandatory.
5. CPM@Siemens certification is advantageous.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
