Commercial Project Manager for DI Process Automation - Saudi Arabia / Al-Khobar

Your responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing offers and proposals to customers, including checking, reviewing, and negotiating Terms & Conditions (covering legal and tax matters). Participating in Limits of Authority (LOA) meetings and coordinating with legal/compliance teams.
  • Booking new orders/projects and initiating the Order Entry Checklist, ensuring approval of order booking according to Siemens processes.
  • Creating and maintaining customer records using the GMDM tool. Initiating bank guarantees through the online GREAT tool.
  • Monitoring project progress continuously, issuing advance payment and progress invoices to customers.
  • Forecasting sales from order backlog in coordination with technical and execution teams.
  • Following up on receivables related to project invoices.
  • Maintaining project data in online tools, booking time sheets, and uploading them in SAP monthly.
  • Reviewing and verifying Order Cost Controlling reports. Maintaining accurate project records in SAP and updating them promptly, including booking costs, supplier invoices, and NCC controlling.
  • Following up on purchase orders issued to third-party vendors, approving supplier invoices, and releasing payments.
  • Participating in project kick-off and review meetings, and preparing financial presentations for project reviews.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to legal, financial, and compliance policies of Siemens.
