Commercial Project Manager – Saudi Arabia / Riyadh

Responsibilities
  1. Financial planning, controlling, and reporting of projects and maintenance contracts
  2. Contract & claim management with clients and subcontractors
  3. Driving & monitoring project KPIs (revenues, cash flows, billing plans, etc.)
  4. Analyzing ongoing project calculations and plan vs. actual deviations
  5. Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costs
  6. Evaluating risks & opportunities, risk mitigation, and reporting
  7. Monitoring and evaluating plan, actual & committed costs, and correcting discrepancies
  8. Processing purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP
  9. Verifying bills against agreed terms & conditions
  10. Maintaining progress & payment records of subcontractors
  11. Following up on accounts receivable
  12. Ensuring policy and procedure compliance for subcontractor payments
  13. Coordinating with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, etc.
  14. Planning & monitoring procurement and equipment shipping schedules
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum graduation in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of experience; Siemens experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, and accounting standards
  • Experience in SAP is mandatory
  • CPM@Siemens certification is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
