We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join a tech company proudly founded in Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on simplifying payments for Saudi Businesses through tailored solutions like automating invoices, managing recurring payments, and sending automated reminders. They care deeply about the quality of their work and aim to allow businesses to focus on growth instead of chasing payments. This role will involve designing and optimizing key operational processes, supporting commercial strategies, and enhancing customer experience post-sale.
Main Responsibilities
Designing and implementing a seamless customer onboarding process for both inbound and outbound clients to enhance experience.
Setting up and managing lead generation systems (like Pipedrive) to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Overseeing payment operations and settlement, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Managing commercial partnerships, including payment gateways, to optimize efficiency and performance.
Refining sales materials for the inbound sales processes.
Supporting with our pricing strategy to simplify customer decision-making and improve conversion (particularly with inbound and SME sales).
Supporting with the design and implementation for the billing processes, for smoother operations post sale.
Supporting with the design and implementation for customer success process to ensure the best possible customer experience post sale.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of commercial strategies and operational processes.
Requirements
Experience designing seamless onboarding for inbound and outbound clients.
Experience overseeing payment operations, settlements, and compliance.
Ability to manage and optimize partnerships, including payment gateways.
Experience in developing pricing strategies to improve conversions.
Expertise in customer success strategies.
