Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in forecasting and S&OP meetings to ensure accurate planning and visibility.
• Act as point of contact for sales team for un-forecasted demand of products.
• Participate in Global stock allocation reviews: PSI lite and quality status calls.
• Handle tenders submissions and support executions of them.
• Ensure stock availability and proper material planning.
• Maintain and build analytical tools to assist the commercial organization in monitoring key performance to improve data quality.
• Support pricing strategy and contract lifecycle management.
• Partner with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and document SOPs for commercial operations processes and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and publish visual reports of KPIs, providing context, analysis, and improvements on the drivers and performance when applicable.
• Shape Leica Biosystems Saudi Arabia’s data management and analytics to support pursuit of Leica Saudi Arabia’s Strategic Objectives.
• Work with the commercial team to address complex challenges related to CRM, data analytics, KPI, and market visibility.
• Work closely with Danaher Dx Saudi Arabia’s DBSL to provide support and supplemental input to advance Leica Saudi Arabia’s DBS maturity.
• Acts as main point of contact for CRM and PowerBI dashboards including delivering training to increase sales adoption among the field teams (specifically Sales and Service).
• Acts as main point of contact for SFDC global team.
• Serve as a liaison between commercial teams to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications or enhancements.
• Drive annual Customer Satisfaction survey (CSS) process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
• 5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team and with different departments internally such as finance, logistics, customer service, and marketing.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial organization.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Must be self-motivated, creative, collaborative, and enjoy meeting demands of a fast-paced organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work independently within a cross-functional, global team and experience in leading without direct-line authority and 1:1 coaching.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data systems, Medical Technology, or related field required.
Language
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
IT and Office Technology
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with online communication platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
• Experience using MS Whiteboard or Miro.
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting global sales teams or working in international markets.
• Familiarity with pricing models, discounting structures, and revenue operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, or legal processes related to commercial activities.
• Great data visualization and presentation skills to provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Possess strong analytical skills, pays close attention to detail and is a strong team player (i.e. no job is too small or too large) with an exceptional work ethic.
• Excellent problem resolution skills, written and verbal communications skills, and consistently displays a high level of professional conduct.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating timelines and with sometimes minimal and/or ambiguous input from stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
