The Role

The Commercial Office Specialist will join the Transformation Commercial Office (TCO) team, focusing on data analysis, reporting, business processes, transformation, and project governance. As a member of the TCO team, strong cross-functional skills are essential, as this role requires communication and partnerships with groups including Sales, Sales Operations, Executive Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

Your Impact
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders—executives, sales, proposal/contract managers, solutions consultants, legal, finance, and team members—to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in developing and presenting transformation metrics to support growth, revenue recognition, discount analysis, and scalability.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the performance of the TCO and overall transformation effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve business processes, enablement plans, tools, collateral, and training materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements while adhering to internal controls and policies.
  • Perform other duties related to business transformation as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field, with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt easily in a constantly changing environment.
  • Commitment to quality processes and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); advanced Excel skills and dashboarding experience (PowerBI, Salesforce) preferred.
  • Positive team player attitude.
  • Experience in electric utility industry or automation/SCADA projects is desirable.

The salary range for this role is $64,200 - $80,200. This range reflects our good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors and may be adjusted in the future. The role is eligible for bonus or incentive pay. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement plans for eligible employees.
