A Reputable Company located in Riyadh is seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager.
Main Duties :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and strategic partnerships, within the industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new product opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8 Plus years of progressive experience in sales and commercial management, with significant experience in the electrical industry, preferably within panel board manufacturing or related electrical equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Extensive network and understanding of the local and regional electrical market.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-scale deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluent in English.
