Job Purpose:
To represent the company and promote its range of medical devices to healthcare professionals, increase product sales, and provide technical support and product education to end-users, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to present and promote medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement officers, and other key decision-makers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training on device usage and features.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and coordinate with internal technical teams when needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Ensure proper post-sale support and follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, medical developments, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical/scientific field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English .
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
