Job description

Job Purpose:

To represent the company and promote its range of medical devices to healthcare professionals, increase product sales, and provide technical support and product education to end-users, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to present and promote medical devices.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement officers, and other key decision-makers.
  3. Provide product demonstrations and training on device usage and features.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and coordinate with internal technical teams when needed.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.
  7. Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
  8. Ensure proper post-sale support and follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated with product knowledge, medical developments, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical/scientific field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales (preferred).
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English .
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  6. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
