Job Description

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the commercial aspects of Aluminum Facade projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for Aluminum Facade projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and negotiate project contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet delivery and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports on project progress, sales, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aluminum Facade or Ducting fields.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial principles and business development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
