JASARA PMC is excited to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Commercial Manager for the Stadium Masterplan Project. In this prestigious role, you will be instrumental in managing all commercial aspects of the Stadium Project, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases while ensuring the project's alignment with both budgetary and contractual requirements.

As the Commercial Manager, you will lead efforts in negotiation, cost management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors. Your expertise will be crucial in developing commercial strategies that support the overarching goals of the Stadium Masterplan Project, which aims to deliver world-class facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of the Stadium Masterplan Project, ensuring compliance with contract terms and financial objectives
• Lead negotiations with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for the project
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and ensure all financial targets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial management, particularly in stadium projects
• Proven track record of managing commercial functions on complex projects, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
• Strong financial acumen and experience in cost management methodologies
• Deep understanding of contract law and the ability to navigate complex contractual situations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
