Job description

Job Purpose/Summary:

- To establish reliable, honest and supportive relationships with the clients.

- To actively promote latest and most suitable repair and strengthening solutions.

- To define and implement, in coordination with the Business Development Manager, commercial strategy.

- To oversee, review and direct the actions of the team during the tendering process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To identify tenders and opportunities in the market and actively pursue them.
  2. To propose and present the most suitable technical solutions.
  3. To ensure that all risks and assumptions in the commercial proposal are correctly defined, studied, and quantified.
  4. To liaise with technical and commercial teams from head office.
  5. To negotiate commercial terms with potential clients and suppliers.
  6. To review and finalize sub-contracts.
  7. To manage the commercial platform.
  8. To encourage close working relationships among the commercial team.

Requirement:

  • Experience of 3-5 years in a commercial role in the Middle East. Strengthening and repairs market knowledge will be a strong advantage.
  • Customer-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and dedicated to achieving set targets and developing new skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher required.
