About This Role:

As a Commercial Manager, you will lead contract lifecycle management, optimize processes, and mitigate risks across global projects. Your expertise in negotiation, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration will drive business success in international markets. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the company’s contract management framework, including standardizing templates, refining workflows, and implementing business contract governance mechanisms.

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, disclosure, pre-settlement, claims, amendments, closure, and maintaining contract documentation.

• Participate in subcontractor qualification reviews, tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontract agreement execution.

• Lead contract review processes for business agreements, contribute to overseas contract risk management, and mitigate contractual risks.

• Analyze project contracts by breaking down key terms, identifying risk factors, and proposing preventive measures.

• Drive project management planning, provide guidance on contract execution, conduct compliance inspections, and lead contract performance evaluations.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Cost Engineering, Construction Economics, or Law (legal qualification preferred).

• Minimum one overseas project experience in roles such as Commercial Manager, Contract Supervisor, or Business Lead, with hands-on contract negotiation and management expertise.

• Strong analytical skills, high accountability, and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication abilities; fluency in English and Arabic (business proficiency required).
