We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead and manage the commercial operations of our football club. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue streams, foster partnerships, and enhance the club’s commercial profile. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

  1. Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including sponsorships, partnerships, merchandising, and ticket sales.
  2. Manage and optimize existing commercial contracts to ensure maximum value.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth.

Partnerships and Sponsorships

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
  2. Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  3. Develop innovative sponsorship packages that align with the club’s brand and appeal to potential partners.

Strategic Planning

  1. Create and implement the club’s commercial strategy to achieve financial targets and growth objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  3. Provide regular reports on commercial performance, including key metrics and financial projections.

Brand Development

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the club’s brand visibility and reputation.
  2. Develop strategies to grow the fan base and increase engagement across digital and offline channels.
  3. Ensure all commercial activities align with the club’s values and long-term vision.
