The Commercial Manager oversees the hotel’s strategic management, working closely with senior team members including the General Manager, Directors of Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. This role supports strategic planning and business development, ensuring brand standards, corporate image, and hotel integrity are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with revenue, marketing, and business development tasks.
  • Manage Sales, Banquet Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Marketing Communications.
  • Lead the business team to meet key performance indicators, including profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement budgets, work plans, policies, and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise marketing activities and market research.
  • Set pricing strategies and sales targets.
  • Manage departmental resources, expenses, and budgets.
  • Oversee human resources functions within the department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain customer relations and ensure service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and hotel safety policies.
  • Participate in sales activities and promote the hotel locally and internationally.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
