Commercial Manager

Remote location Amaala, 5 weeks there 1 week off

We require a candidate with experience in high profile fit out projects.

We are looking for the following key attributes:

• A proven track record in high-value fit-out projects
• Experience working with main contractors (not consultants)
• A stable employment history with no frequent job changes
• Strong expertise in claims and contractual matters, including independent handling of EOTs, variations, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors
