COMMERCIAL ENGINEER - SAUDI ARABIA

We are seeking a COMMERCIAL ENGINEER to work with our client based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and contract management, preferably with Saudi Aramco
  • Experience working on large-scale oil and gas projects
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco LTA contracts and procedures
  • Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with potential short business trips to UAE, China, or other locations
Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and optimize commercial performance across projects and operations
  • Develop commercial strategies, with a focus on change management to identify potential change orders and optimize project benefits, familiar with Saudi Aramco's change order process
  • Manage contracts with contractors and negotiate with subcontractors
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks in contracts and projects
  • Monitor financial and operational performance of contracts
  • Prepare reports on commercial activities and contract performance
