As Commercial Director, you are the strategic mind behind our commercial success – curating compelling campaigns, elevating brand presence, nurturing high-value partnerships, and maximising revenue across all verticals. You’ll work alongside a team of visionaries to disrupt the traditional hospitality model and build meaningful connections with global tastemakers and discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue functions under one cohesive vision.
  • Build a world-class commercial team with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
  • Identify and grow business opportunities across leisure, MICE, entertainment, fashion, art, and high-net-worth segments.
  • Lead pricing, forecasting, and demand strategies to optimise RevPAR and overall profitability.
  • Spearhead brand storytelling and campaign activations that captivate and convert.
  • Manage key global and regional account relationships while expanding into new source markets.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategy to amplify Faena’s brand voice and visual identity.
  • Guide PR and brand collaborations to ensure Faena The Red Sea is a magnet for media, tastemakers, and global influencers.
  • Leverage business intelligence and market insights to drive agile decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on long-term commercial planning.
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure brand alignment and experience delivery across all guest touchpoints.
  • Ensure strong pre-opening market presence, including commercial readiness for the launch phase.
