Tibah Airports Operation Company manages and operates Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah as the first private company to manage and operate an airport in Saudi Arabia. Job Purpose:

To contribute towards better brand recognition and financial growth. Coordinate with line managers/directors to review current market trends in order to propose new business opportunities that can improve revenue stream and margins.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Development of business plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
  • Provide recommendations through data analysis for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Preparing all tendering documents and managing the tender process
  • Preparing marketing presentations for potential clients
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing investors and operators.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Economics, or any related field. Master's degree preferred.

Language: English (Fluent), Arabic (Fluent)

Computer Skills: MS Office.

Experience: +12 years of experience in commercial leadership, or a related field, minimum 5 years in managerial level.
