A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Channel 360: Prioritize channels and define channel strategies & growth drivers to win at the Point of Purchase by developing POS across channels. Focus channels include hotels, cafés & bakeries, restaurants, local & global chains.
- Customer & Consumer: Lead the customer & consumer journey agenda to ensure the right value proposition is offered.
- Commercial Process: Lead ICP within the respective category for the country to ensure timely cross-functional input and alignment on key category, brand, channel, consumer, and customer growth opportunities and activation platforms, as outlined in the category growth drivers.
- Tools & Enablers: Ensure sales staff are equipped with appropriate category/channel tools, training, and support to effectively exploit new product launches and current platforms.
- Budget Management: Oversee PFME and lead all customer communication initiatives, including driving lead generation activities and in-store execution via the sales team.
- Insights: Lead, develop, and accelerate 5C insights and channel management on a regional level.
What will make you successful…
- +5 years of commercial/category experience with a comprehensive understanding of internal processes that drive growth across clusters/business units.
- Ability to develop strategies and utilize the most effective support channels to craft category-relevant strategies for the country.
- Strong understanding of category strategies, trends, channels, and customer & consumer opportunities.
- Ability to adapt plans based on knowledge of customer and consumer behaviors, including digital and out-of-home operations.
- Commercial experience (including revenue, profit, data analysis, promotional activities, pricing, etc.) with a strategic thinking mindset.
- Experience in strategic revenue management and stakeholder management.
