Job description

Commercial Assistant - Female Saudi National

Receive orders via various media and fulfill order transaction in Oracle. Manage customer order scope such as quote, contract, PO, credit, consumption, service and satisfaction.

Support Sales Account Manager / Director to complete the sales account cycle as per the defined process.

Accountabilities :

  1. Communication and follow up with customers
  2. Marketing of products and services to existing and new customers
  3. Data entry and updating the customer records
  4. Input all orders received in ERP system.
  5. Creation of all customer profiles in ERP system.
  6. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  7. Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
  8. Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development.
  9. Report immediately all incidents, accidents, unsafe condition to the immediate supervisor.
  10. Coordinate with inter-departments, Prepare and submit Monthly reports timely.
  11. Visit Govt. Departments, Ministries and other customers as and when required for gathering information and resolving issues related to Tenders and payments.
  12. Check Tenders news thoroughly on weekly basis and coordinate in submitting tenders timely by gathering required information, documents prices etc. before the Tender due date.
  13. Fulfil all CRM requirements.
  14. Provide customer or sales information as required.
  15. Monitor company assets (cylinder holdings).
  16. Follow-up on customer service issues to ensure proper order completion.
  17. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered products, methods, and delivery time.
  18. Monitor purchase orders, sales agreements, and contracts.
  19. Monitor and input pricing of products to customers.
  20. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  21. Ensure the job is performed by adhering to SHEQ standards applicable and is accountable to the same.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Computer Skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Oracle and CRM, e-tracking experience is a plus.

Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Arabic language is required.
