We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering evidence-based CBT interventions to individuals and groups dealing with various mental health issues. The CBT Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Therapeutic Services :
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and treatment goals.
  3. Provide individual and group CBT sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  4. Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
  5. Treatment Planning and Evaluation :
  6. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and needs.
  7. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  8. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  9. Client Support :
  10. Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate open communication and trust.
  11. Educate clients and their families about CBT principles and techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
  12. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  13. Collaboration and Professional Development :
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  15. Stay current with research and best practices in CBT and mental health treatment through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure as a mental health professional
  • Specialized training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
