Position Summary:

We seek a visionary and experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead our wealth management product offerings. The CIO will shape our DPM offerings, focusing on portfolio construction and risk management, especially in alternative assets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in investment management, with a passion for wealth creation and investor growth.

As the Cofounder & CIO, your key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with platform goals and high-net worth clients' financial objectives.
  • Utilize wealth tech solutions to enhance decision-making and optimize portfolios.
  • Experience with private markets and interactions with private market funds or platforms.
• Fintech Integration:
  • Leverage fintech tools and data analytics for investment innovation.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate analytics into strategies.
• High Net Worth Client Engagement:
  • Work with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and risk profiles.
  • Develop personalized investment solutions.
• Discretionary Portfolio Management:
  • Manage portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth clients, ensuring compliance and tailored solutions.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Implement risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends and economic developments.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities and risks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CIO or senior investment leader.
• Background in discretionary portfolio management for high-net-worth individuals.
• Knowledge of investment products, markets, and portfolio management, especially in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working in KSA or GCC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related.
• Relevant CME certifications (CME-4A, CME-4B).
• Startup experience.
• Experience in digital wealth management or wealthtech.
• Certifications like CFA.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Resident in KSA.
