Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor surface preparation and application of coatings and paints.
Ensure full compliance with Aramco coating standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections before, during, and after coating/painting operations.
Review and verify documentation such as WIRs, ITPs, and material certifications.
Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain quality control records.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC teams, and third-party inspectors.
Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements:
Aramco CBT Approved Coating Inspector (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/coating QC inspection
Familiar with coating systems, DFT measurements, blasting techniques, and relevant standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO)
Strong documentation and communication skills
