Responsibilities:

Marketing Coop:

• Dive into the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, digital advertising).
• Uncover market insights and analyze competitor strategies.
• Craft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Get involved in event planning and execution, bringing ideas to life.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights that drive results.
• Help manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and building communities.

Creative Coop:

• Contribute to the creation of stunning visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos.
• Assist in the design and layout of impactful marketing materials.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and campaigns that break the mold.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Get hands-on with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content.
• Contribute to the development of captivating storyboards and video scripts.

Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to expand your skillset.
• Seek opportunities to learn new skills and technologies - stay ahead of the curve!
• Contribute to team meetings and share your unique insights and ideas.
• Seek feedback from supervisors and colleagues to continuously improve and grow.

Role Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Must have a Coop training requirement from your university - This is your chance to shine!
• Must be committed to working as per the Coop requirements, for the duration of the Coop program.
• Must be able to provide official documentation from the university confirming the Coop requirement,specifying the required duration of the training.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Strong academic background in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field - Show us your passion!
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts - Ready to learn and grow!
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends - Be a digital native!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus - Unleash your inner artist!
