Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About Us:

We are a forward-thinking tech startup focused on Connectoinvest.com. We're seeking a visionary CMO to join as a core team member, help shape our brand, and drive go-to-market strategies from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As CMO, you will lead all marketing efforts from branding and user acquisition to growth strategy and partnerships. You'll work closely with the founding team to build the product's market presence and scale operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
  2. Build brand identity and manage all external communications
  3. Drive user growth through performance marketing, content, and community
  4. Define KPIs and track campaign performance
  5. Contribute to fundraising and investor relations as needed

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and growth hacking
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
  4. Willingness to take an active role in company building

Equity & Investment Terms:

  1. This is an equity-based role with a standard 1-year cliff and 4-year vesting schedule
  2. Candidate must make an upfront investment of a specific amount required to support product development and demonstrate long-term commitment
