CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
