Job description

THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

Set and develop strategies aligned with organizational vision and future aspirations. Take a long-term and big-picture view of the business. Communicate compelling visions and translate those into plans and actions.

Partnering with business leaders across both Red Sea and Amaala hotels to provide strategic and proactive recruiting guidance and support. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution of the recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for all positions within the hotels. The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager will work alongside the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Leading the pre-opening talent attraction plan, this role will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood Amaala. In this role, you will need to inspire and lead key stakeholders to support delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
  2. Proactively identify and address hiring needs in close partnership with business leaders.
  3. Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  4. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  6. Liaise with recruitment agencies as required, ensuring competitive rates are negotiated.
  7. Ensure recruitment paperwork is prepared and updated prior to the recruitment commencing, e.g., Authority to recruit, job descriptions, etc.
  8. Workforce planning for future needs considering trends, legislation, and government support packages.
  9. Maintain candidate management systems to ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.
  10. Design and deliver best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement.
  11. Manage relationships with top target schools and institutions. Oversee campus recruiting and student marketing activities.
  12. Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.
  13. Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand at Career Fairs and College/University open days as requested to represent opportunities within Rosewood.
  14. Lead employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  15. Drive digital campaigns on digital platforms to increase awareness, drive traffic, and raise visibility of our Brand.
  16. Identify opportunities and manage Awards Committee relationships to recognize the Business as an attractive employer.
  17. Liaise with creatives and stakeholders to design and own content, ensuring timely production of assigned tasks (e.g., Video production, photography, social media content, collateral, visuals, Brand guidelines, etc.) for campaign execution.

  • Exposure to being part of a pre-opening team is preferred.
