Job description

Cluster Sales Manager KAFD - Six Senses Saudi Arabia

Hotel: Amaala (RSIAM), Amaala, northwestern coast of the Red Sea

Duties and Responsibilities

As Cluster Sales Manager - KAFD, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the properties achieve budgeted occupancy, rate, and revenue.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the region, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights to construct a measured, pro-active approach to driving revenue performance.
  2. Work closely with the Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales team, collaborating on account planning and sales activations to help drive revenue performance into the cluster hotels.
  3. Identify new business opportunities with selected agencies and companies, developing relationships to create new revenue streams and support our market share.
  4. Travel to key markets to conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events to build relationships and negotiate business on behalf of the cluster hotels.
  5. Manage and maintain key relationships with existing KAFD accounts.
  6. Act as the primary liaison for all government partners and agencies within your region, managing and developing relationships to drive revenue and enhance visibility of your cluster.
  7. Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, Six Senses, and Luxury and Lifestyle Roadshows.
  8. Proactively address client needs, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  9. Develop and implement the sales plan, including contracting, setting sales targets by segment and client, and undertaking advertising, sales, promotions, and publicity initiatives, in collaboration with the revenue manager.
  10. Focus on revenue generation and profile building for our resorts and spa, continually assessing sales strategies and tactics to remain relevant and effective.
  11. Instill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
  12. Operate the cluster in compliance with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements, maintaining reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communication standards, product and service standards, host management practices, and budgetary controls.
  13. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the assigned territories.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Cluster Sales Manager - KAFD, the candidate should possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, with proven results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Hotel or Business Management.
  • More than five years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferred.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
