Job Description
Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Cluster Director of Security to oversee all aspects of security operations for our luxury properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and assets across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties within the cluster.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential security threats.
- Oversee the management and training of security personnel across multiple properties.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Manage security budgets and allocate resources effectively across the cluster.
- Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security technologies and surveillance systems.
- Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response procedures.
- Provide regular security briefings and reports to senior management.
- Ensure all security measures align with the luxury standards of Raffles & Fairmont brands.
- Stay informed about global security trends and best practices in hospitality security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Advanced security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing security operations for multiple luxury hospitality properties.
- Extensive knowledge of security management systems, risk assessment, and crisis management.
- Strong understanding of international security standards and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in utilizing and managing advanced security technologies and surveillance systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local culture and environment.

- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
