As a Hostess at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in creating the first impression for our guests. You will warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and address any inquiries they may have, ensuring each guest receives a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing guest reservations, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to seating, and maintaining high levels of service throughout the guest's visit. In addition, you will assist in managing the flow of guests to optimize seating arrangements while ensuring the atmosphere remains welcoming and organized.

Knowledge and Skills:High school education or equivalent experience.
Six to twelve months of experience in restaurant, food and beverage, or a similar hospitality environment.
Knowledge of Four Seasons service standards, policies, and operations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic Salary, Live Out Allowance, and Travel Allowance (if applicable)
