Job summary

Client of PENTABELL is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to monitor cloud infrastructure, implement scalable cloud solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new services in Medina.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT, at least 1 year of experience, and relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes). You will troubleshoot issues, document processes, and uphold cloud security best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
1 year of experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Azure Certification or similar credentials; Kubernetes experience; DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible).
Cloud security best practices and familiarity with monitoring performance and security issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security issues.
Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Document processes and procedures related to cloud operations.
