The Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations and Production Oversight: Supervise production, conduct hygiene inspections, coordinate production meetings, enforce SOPs, and oversee peak periods.
2. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor quality control, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and lead audits.
3. Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Manage inventory, monitor ingredient quality, and negotiate with suppliers.
4. Team Leadership and Culture Development: Recruit, train, and foster a culture of quality and teamwork.
5. Performance Management and Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports.
6. Technology and Systems Management: Oversee operational systems like POS, OMS, and inventory tools.
7. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead projects for efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 5-8 years in operations management, preferably in cloud kitchens or food production; experience in launching or scaling food startups is advantageous.
