Job Summary

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Consultant focused on Red Hat Cloud Products to join us in KSA. In this role, you will specialize in designing and developing cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures, including automated container platforms and deployment pipelines. You will lead and/or participate in the on-site implementation of Red Hat technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. You will play a key role in the enterprise development of our customers, helping make our solutions practical and workable for their businesses. You will work to understand customer infrastructure and business needs, make recommendations to resolve issues, and assist in strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
• Understand industry practices and Red Hat policies, procedures, and values
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting the best methods to obtain solutions
• Implement and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions including Red Hat OpenShift and other offerings
• Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
• Contribute to project documentation, diagrams, and support case management
• Mentor and share knowledge with customers and team members
• Promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud lifecycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
• Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

What you will bring

• Advanced experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Platform or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
• Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to stakeholders in both technical and business contexts
• Self-motivated learning ability, quick learner, and ability to apply new ideas
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Arabic
• Availability to work onsite at customer sites up to 100% of the time
