Personalized Treatment Plan Coordination
Collaborate with medical specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for VIP patients.
Ensure prompt delivery of personalized care services.
Track patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Medical Records & Data Management
Oversee the management of VIP patient medical records.
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and hospital policies.
Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and accessibility of records.
Compliance & Patient Safety
Ensure all clinical practices meet national and international healthcare regulations.
Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and ethical medical care.
Conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance for clinical staff.
Collaboration with Concierge Services
Work with the Concierge Manager to address VIP patient needs.
Ensure a seamless, personalized patient experience.
Respond promptly to concerns and service requests.
Development of New VIP Services
Lead the design and implementation of new VIP healthcare services.
Assess patient feedback and market trends to introduce value-added offerings.
Ensure services align with patient needs and business objectives.
Leadership & Mentorship
Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff.

Essential Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role.
Extensive experience in clinical practice and VIP patient care.
