Position: Clinical Instructor

Job Summary:
The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for supervising and mentoring nursing students during their clinical placements in healthcare settings. This role involves guiding students through hands-on patient care experiences, assessing their clinical performance, and ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful nursing career. The Clinical Instructor will collaborate with nursing faculty to ensure the highest standards of nursing education are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Supervision:
    Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities.
  2. Mentoring and Support:
    Provide ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to students, helping them develop both clinical and professional competencies.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation:
    Monitor and evaluate students' clinical performance, providing feedback on their progress and suggesting areas for improvement.
  4. Collaboration:
    Work closely with faculty to integrate clinical experiences with course content, ensuring a cohesive learning experience for students.
  5. Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of student performance, including evaluations, attendance, and clinical competencies.

Requirements:
