Assesses patient nutritional needs, establishes nutritional care plans to meet those needs, implements appropriate therapeutic diets or nutrition support regimens, and provides diet instructions. Maintains professional competency and skills required for practice.
Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from a recognized university, with successful completion of a one-year dietetic internship from an accredited institute.
Grade 08: Two (2) years of related experience as a hospital clinical dietitian.
Grade 09: Four (4) years as Clinical Dietitian II at KFSH&RC, with an average annual performance appraisal of at least 3.5 over the last four years, and fifty (50) hours of continuing medical education (CME).
